The same name keeps reappearing when it comes to frittering away the council tax payers money in Manchester, guess who! Cut children and adult services but find the money to cosy up to the big boys. When is the next election and can we have genuine labour candidates please.

Thanks for this article - it also highlights the βgolden circleβ which is always denied to exist. Lots of back rubbing between private businesses and elected officials who appear to regularly help each other out - the βmagic moneyβ tree grows well in Manchester city centre.
