There was a long consultation, talk of better access, lighting, even a skate park

Pat Karney is not fit to be an elected representative.
From bullying other councillors to being invisible to those who he is meant to represent, he is not fit for office.
Yet another 15 minutes of the time of your elected members wasted by Cllr. Karney. Would he have spent as much time on the sartorial elegance of our outgoing Lord Mayor if they were male? When is this member ever going to be asked to join the 21st century?
