Well it’s been 12 months that I have avoided using @British_Airways as the reliability of the service in 2024 was so poor. Today I made the mistake of booking onto @British_Airways flight and no surprise it’s delayed!! 🙄

Terrible service tonight from @lavitaspuntini . Food took 2hr 40 mins to arrive and when it did it was cold 😣. Will no be using or recommending this restaurant takeaway service again! 👎🏼
