Marc Claude is a global leader with a multidisciplinary background. He is passionate about scaling youth mentorship globally and has mentored young leaders at the Harvard Youth Lead the Change conferences in Kuwait, India, and Japan. He founded Maximax, a coaching firm that has helped over 70 mentees secure $1.7 million in scholarships at world-class universities over the past decade. 80% of his mentees are first-generation college students.
His 15-year career spans finance, research, public policy, and international development across Europe, North America, Asia, and the Caribbean. He has held strategic roles at the Central Bank of Haiti (BRH), USAID, Plan International, and the Government of Canada, where he currently leads a multidisciplinary team developing data products to support evidence-based policy.
Marc holds a master’s degree in Education Policy and Analysis from Harvard with a concentration in Global, International, and Comparative Education, an MSc in Political Science and Political Economy from the London School of Economics (LSE), an M.A. in Public Finance from Université Laval, and a BSc in Business Administration & Accounting from Missouri Southern State University.
His leadership has been recognized through many awards, including Class Marshal for the 2024 Class at Harvard Graduate School of Education, the Carter G. Woodson Award for Excellence in Education, the Best Leader Award at the Japan Youth Summit in Osaka, the Chevening scholarship, the OAS scholarship, and the Harvard Canada Scholarship.
Since 2024, Marc has been a co-chair of the Haitians at Harvard Conference.
