This is what staying with the learning looks like—Building upon an idea and going deeper with each year. For our 3rd year we stay with the foundation of strong organizational culture. You cannot action plan your way to a strong culture. It must be visible in every aspect of the work and interactions that occur.
Keeping this as the main thing ensures we recognize that each individual makes a contribution and LEADERS create the conditions for the adults to thrive.
