It must be awful being the IT an Customer Service directors @bt_uk I am now over 7 hours on the phone in the last 3 months to this moribund and feckless organisation. It all started with Direct Debit problems and now I want to move home. It's just impossible to be a customer!!!!

Heat pumps in flats are tricky. Works if you're ground floor with a garden, hard if you only have a balcony (but can be done). Most likely your block will join a heat network, with a large heat pump supplying the block or multiple blocks, like this one!
