Again my @virginmedia tellybox has deleted saved and scheduled recordings overnight despite being replaced due only a few weeks ago. Amazingly they gave me a £20 refund for the first time ever in recognition but that now shows on my statement as me owing them £20. #Useless.

Latest @virginmedia idea of 'customer service' - phone me up to deal with a technical fault but cut me off mid-call. Call me back later when I'm out to say they're "closing the ticket". Now back in the doom loop of their robotic answering system to start all over again😜

Reaching tech support led to yet another factory reset of my TV box (their omnisolution) deleting my recordings (not supposed to happen) before the guy finally admitted what I suspected all along that my issue is at @virginmedia high command and they already know about it

For my last train trip in a busy week, I treated myself to an @LNER First Class ticket from their own website for an extra £4 - only to discover on boarding they'd already sold it to someone else, leaving me with having to sort it out. Not impressed.
