Just released a Symfony bundle for @alikhallad's mfConditionalFields. There are points of improvement, but it's fully functional for basic implementations.

Trying out @alikhallad's conditional fields #JS library in a #Symfony project. So far it looks very promising. I love how you can configure conditions with rules. I might even wrap this in a bundle to support Symfony Forms in the future.
