Called the travel service for @Chase. After 10 minutes working with an agent, she put us on hold and then hung up. Called back and explained what happened to the next agent. Again put on hold and again dropped.

See stories on @govtechnews and others that report #localgovernment getting a mobile app for their residents to access services from a phone. Has the #govtech press done a follow-up story on download rates for those apps? Curious whether they're actually being used.

Of my last 6 segments on @AmericanAir , 5 have been delayed, all due to reasons under their control. 2 by over 4 hours, 1 by 15 mins (long enough to miss my connection) and currently 30 minutes on to my latest one. Is this the case with all #airlines ?

In a fantastic example of #localgovernment "do as I say not as I do", I (deservedly) got a parking ticket for an expired meter by @WeHoCity @LASDHQ ...who then parked right in front of me at an expired meter (note the blinking red light).
