I saw this at @RevueCinema last year and when I told @MarxGasol I was seeing House, he said "oh nice, Hausu rules," I said "no, House," and he said, "oh." I later saw Hausu and he was right
Los niños de los 80 crecieron con un concepto de "cine de terror para ver en familia" para películas como "House: Una casa alucinante" (House, 1985). De hecho, es uno de los mejores ejemplos y parte de muchas infancias.
El guion original de Fred Dekker era de terror psicológico, oscuro y sin humor. Fue el guionista Ethan Wiley quien, al reescribirlo, añadió todos los elementos de comedia y suavizando el tono.

If you’re a fan of The Leftovers and Udo Kier, I can’t think of a better show to start watching than Kingdom. An incredible run of surrealist comedic television. Some of Von Trier’s best work as a filmmaker is on this show.
He did, by the way. And he was fantastic once again. It felt like he was almost everywhere and forever with that ubiquitous range of credits, and maybe that he would somehow always be with us. RIP.

Spy Game is one of Robert Redford’s most under-appreciated films. A vintage early ‘00s Tony Scott spy thriller, Redford goes toe-to-toe with a young Brad Pitt in the best way possible. Redford’s acting chops were always overlooked. He’s great in this film. So upset he’s gone.

One of my favorite show business anecdotes is when Redford was pressuring Mike Nichols to give him the lead role in the Graduate.
Nichols knew he wasn't right for the part, and he tried to explain it to Redford by asking "Hey, Robert, you know that feeling when you strike out with a girl?"
Redford looked at him, totally serious, and said "Strike out? What do you mean?" He genuinely barely understood the concept of a woman not being interested in him.
Robert Redford has died at 89 years old.
The film icon starred in classic movies such as "Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid" and "All the President's Men," won an Oscar for directing “Ordinary People” and founded the Sundance Film Institute.
