N 4 Minimise any distractions in advance and set up a pre-lesson routine. Tell who lives with you about your lesson times. Set aside 10-15 minutes beforehand to get into the zone, go through your agenda do some stretch and centre #operatraining

Ralph's 5 tips for online training. No 3 "Develop an attitude of playful curiosity." Curiosity asks that you suspend judgement and welcome otherness, while being playful enables flexibility. It's carefree, but not careless!
