CHIRUMANZU-ZIBAGWE CONSTITUENCY UPDATES A new chapter in the advancement of rural education infrastructure was written earlier today as Member of Parliament for Chirumanzu-Zibagwe Constituency, Hon. Jacob Chokururama presided over the official groundbreaking ceremony for a new teachers’ accommodation block at Chishuku Primary School in Ward 16. The development marks a significant step in addressing staff housing shortages and improving the quality of education in the community. The project, which is set to deliver modern housing units for educators was met with overwhelming support from local leaders, parents and school authorities. For years, inadequate housing has been a major challenge at Chishuku Primary affecting teacher retention and morale. This new accommodation is expected to go a long way in improving teachers’ living conditions, reducing absenteeism and ensuring that learners benefit from a stable and motivated teaching staff. Speaking at the ceremony, Hon.
