The situational subjectivity here is tough to reconcile. I can think of 2 or 3 different disturbances last season that had a better TC presentation than this "storm."
Nevertheless, the NHC has named Arthur in the western Gulf. Dangerous flash flooding is possible from LA to GA.

The reported details of this Iran deal are so insulting to the 13 U.S. servicemen and women who died. We’ve accomplished nothing. Iran is reopening the Strait of Hormuz, not giving up its uranium, and Trump is going to give them $25 billion. That’s way worse than the deal Obama negotiated.

BREAKING: Iran has rejected President Trump’s latest claim that an agreement was reached to cancel tonight’s strikes, with Iranian media describing the assertion as baseless and insisting that no agreement has been approved.
Fars reports that no initial memorandum of understanding with the United States has been approved, while Tasnim says Iranian officials continue to dismiss Trump’s repeated claims that a deal is imminent. Separately, a senior Israeli official told Channel 12 they are not aware of any agreement having been reached.
