The EU's planned broad copyright exception for gen AI training - with opt-out rights (but very few ever opt out) - is "likely in breach of international treaties on copyright protection like [the] Berne Convention".
Fully agree with @Mathilde_Pavis on this. If the UK adopts the same model, the govt will see legal challenges.
