I would not unmask in a public indoor space voluntarily until there are compelling data in favor of more enduring vaccines, compelling treatments, or data suggesting Long COVID stops becoming a problem after some number of vaccinations. None of that is coming any time soon. A relative lull is a better time to engage in necessary unmasked activities, like dental visits, ENT exams, colonoscopies, surgeries, etc.

Libertarians, cookers and kidults will be celebrating their victory in Australia. Where National Cabinet has agreed to ‘urge’ people to do things to save fuel. I remember urging as a new spineless nothing invented earlier in the Covid pandemic. It’s pathetic. Weak, nothing-leadership. No change will occur unless it’s led.
