It has now been 7 months since @TurkishAirlines lost my bag, and 5 months since @TK_HelpDesk stopped responding to my emails. Does anyone know how to get help from them?
Okay, @TurkishAirlines has now had my bag for 25 days, including the entirety of the 17 day trip I had across 3 continents. 7 days ago it was delivered to Bamako, Mali, but the problem is I left Bamako 18 days earlier. So, they put a "rush" delivery of the bag to me @TK_HelpDesk
but... that was 7 days ago. And, the slip they gave my contact who found my bag at the Bamako airport last week says its destination is ORD (Chicago), not SFO (San Francisco). I still have yet to get any human from @TK_HelpDesk to actually give me a meaningful update on my bag.
Because of @TurkishAirlines' laughably horrific customer service, I flew home on @lufthansa /@united, both of whom texted me updates every time my bag was scanned in and moved to the next part of my trip. It was so refreshing. Yet... @TK_HelpDesk continues to hold my bag hostage
So, @TurkishAirlines failed to get my bag to me for my entire 17 day trip across 4 continents. I've now been back home in San Francisco for a day and a half, and I still have yet to receive any updates from from @TK_HelpDesk. All they say is they are "investigating."
It's now been 14 days on my 17 day trip abroad, & not only has @TurkishAirlines not delivered my bag, they won't actually give me any info about my bag... they just keep telling me to fill out the same form, which I filled out 2 weeks ago. @TK_HelpDesk hasn't been so helpful.

People at @TurkishAirlines tell me not to buy anything without confirming with them... but, when I try, I cannot get anyone from @TK_HelpDesk to give me an answer. This is truly the most irresponsible and unhelpful airline I've ever used, and cannot fathom flying with them again.
I fly most places with @united, so I figured @TurkishAirlines being a member of the Star Alliance would be as good at taking care of their customers as @united is... but I was wrong. I didn't think this type of customer torture was possible at a major airline today. @TK_HelpDesk
I am now on day 11 of my 17 day trip abroad, where @TurkishAirlines@TK_HelpDesk lost my luggage and not giving me any updates. Their social media people will tell me they are investigating, but give me no information. Their phone line simply hangs up before I talk to any humans.
they were told my bag never arrived there... and @SwissportBags is telling me it is now @TK_HelpDesk's responsibility to find the bag and get it to me. Yet, I can't actually get anyone from @TurkishAirlines to answer the phone, respond to an email, or give me any information.
I've had occasional travel issues in the past, and I understand delays and such happen... but I've never had such a negligent and nonresponsive experience with any airline before. @TurkishAirlines has given me the worst travel experience of my life. 0/10 do not recommend.
