Also, donโt blame Texas Tech for this situation, they had no knowledge of it beforehand, but with a multi million dollar investment in Sorsby they did what literally every other college would do in this situation, which is try to win and save their season.

Nija Canady had never thrown a perfect game in her career. Basically every single other individual accomplishment a pitcher could have, she has. But she had never pitched a perfect game.
Today, in her final regular season home start sheโll ever have at Texas Tech, she pitched a perfect game in an 8-0 win over Baylor.
Sports are awesome.
