Just following up - been talking to @FrontierCare employees all day and still no clue where our luggage is. Since it wasn’t put on our plane shouldn’t it still be in Philly? Is it coming down to Myrtle Beach tomorrow? Was it put on another flight? What a debacle! No answers!

OMG @FlyFrontier you sent an ENTIRE flight from Philly to Myrtle Beach this morning and didn’t put ANY luggage on the plane?!?! Every single passenger missing their luggage!! This is insane. The whole process out of Philly was a disaster. What a mess!
