Head still ladies ... have you heard that before ?? This is good stuff right here ... head still is only part of this swing .

Head stays still through the middle part of the swing. After his heel hits, his core and hips are rotating first, then his torso, all working around the fulcrum created by the hip hinge. This enables his barrel to work behind the ball and for him to stay on plane with the pitch.

Just for perspective… I would have been no where near this list as a 7th grader… NO WHERE CLOSE! So much changes in the next 2-5 years… this is plain silly.
