The Aerial Lift Bridge is a Minnesota landmark that connects Duluth's port to the rest of the world.
I joined Mayor Reinert and local leaders in Duluth from labor and business to highlight federal funding we worked to secure that will restore this iconic bridge and preserve it for generations to come.
For too many families, homeownership feels less like an opportunity and more like an uphill climb. Today I laid out my plan to lower housing costs for Minnesotans.

In Columbia Heights with my running mate Ben Schierer today to launch our plan to lower housing costs for Minnesotans.
Thank you to the homeowners and the Laborers' Union who shared their stories and will put our plans into action!
Today I announced my plan to transform Minnesota’s government and make it more innovative, effective, and accountable.
Fixing the government is the foundation for everything else. And there’s more to come. Together, we can get it done.
Thank you to former US Attorney Andy Luger, Grand Rapids Mayor Tasha Connelly, Brooklyn Park Mayor Hollies Winston, labor leaders, and small business owners from across the state for joining this campaign to build a better future for Minnesota.

With the Texans signing Braden Smith, the Colts now move forward with 2025 4th-round pick Jalen Travis as their new long-term solution at right tackle.

You can't do US Olympic Hockey without remote Warroad, Minnesota (pop 1,830).
Brock Nelson is the 7th player from Warroad, including his gold medal winning grandfather Bill Christian (1960) and uncle Dave Christian (1980).
With two today, that's 25 Olympic goals scored by Warroad products (not counting the 4 T.J Oshie netted in a shootout victory over Russia in 2014).

My mom taught 2nd grade until she was seventy. People still tell me she was their favorite teacher.
As I said to the Education MN conference, day and night, our teachers are doing it all.
They're keeping students learning and bringing essentials to families scared to leave home because of ICE.
Just watched @amyklobuchar launch. It’s exactly what this moment calls for. The past year has been one of the hardest in our state’s history but Amy is the right leader to meet this moment and lead our North Star State into the future. Let’s go!
Minnesotans, we’ve been through a lot.
And I believe this moment calls for grit, resilience, and faith in each other.
I believe we must stand up for what’s right. And fix what’s wrong.
Today, I’m announcing my candidacy for Governor.
FIRST THIS AM: @amyklobuchar launches campaign for MN Governor via video this AM.
"These times call for leaders who can stand up and not be rubber stamps of this Administration...But who are also willing to find common ground and fix things in our state...These times call for grit and resilience."

Sen. Dick Durbin, 81, was asked today about Rahm Emanuel's proposal for an age limit of 75 for the president and other branches of government: “It doesn’t trouble me the way it used to," he said to laughs.
I spoke at a Congressional hearing in St. Paul this morning about the chaos and fear ICE is creating in our state. Instead of de-escalating, the administration is doubling down—putting public safety at risk and making it harder for local law enforcement to do their jobs.
At a time of trauma in Minnesota, I found some hope today during an appearance at the Youth in Government Program. The hundreds of student participants believe in public service. Our future is bright.
