Oh, you have no idea how many potentially spectacular operations were called off because of concerns over international law or risks to civilians.
That's a line we simply cannot cross — both because of our obligations to our partners and because, morally, attacks on civilians are russia's method, not ours.

We condemn the 1.5-year sentence for @DroaParty leader @Helenkhosh, which is wholly unproportionate for her crime of exercising freedom of expression and seeking a prosperous pro-EU future for Georgia.
We call for her immediate release and all politically motivated charges against her and fellow democratic opposition leaders and activists to be dropped, in addition to further targeted sanctions imposed.
Georgians, you are not alone!
