Happy Founder's Day, Retrievers! UMBC opened its doors 58 years ago today in 1966. That day we had 750 students. This Fall, UMBC enrolled the largest entering class in university history with current enrollment at more than 13,000 students. Look how far we’ve come! #umbcproud
