Today, in my acute FM clinic- saw 16 pts, of which 8 benefited from #FMPOCUS during a 20 min visit. 1. Wrist pain, hx gout. effusion found, arthrocentesis 2-4. Knee pain, effusion seen 5. Elderly w/ DOE x mos, echo and lung- looking for pericardial eff, EF, pleural eff 1/
