Another early run this chilly morning to make it 37.25m (map from last night) & 1.3m ahead of target for #RunLeJog followed by my first #PEWithJoe which was fun. Run was fine although the last 2 runs on the dreaded Redan Rd hill is a killer on the legs. #MercerActive #ThisGirlCan

As itβs a weekend took the opportunity to go for a long walk for #RedJanuary and my #RunLeJog challenge. Decided to walk along the canal to town which was fun trying to work out where I was going. Done it one was before with Cathy but 1st time alone. #MercerActive #thisgirlcan
