✳️Some ideas 💡 for Anti-inflammatory Nutrition transition: Vegies, Protein, Fat/Oil. Raw or whole Fruit. Low sugar/carbos & low grain. Herb Tea. Water. ✔️To cut “sugar cravings” = Nuts or Yogi Tea with or without Stevia/ Monk fruit. Yogi Tea is tasty and also multi-good herbs. Try the “Spice” ones for high flavor. Nuts are low sugar & high fat. Fat slows the blood sugar rush. ✔️Switch to LOW Sugar (Carbos): Stevia or Monk fruit - no increase in blood sugar. Look for Monk sugar without the erythritol. Fruits & Vegies have FiBER that slows sugar absorption. Avoid artificial sweeteners. Avoid Grains which are Sugar storage foods. GOAL - keep blood sugar lower & steady without spike elevations. Lower Sugar diet decreases tendency to fungus & parasite problems. ✔️Can make “SAUCES” by Vegie PUREE: boil Vegie, blenderize then add some options: butter, olive or coconut oil, broth, yogurt, nut butter to make creamy. Herbs or spices to taste. Roots, Squash and Tuber vegies make good purées. Add more Water and you have a Soup. ✔️Look for PASTA from chickpeas, lentils, peas and other vegie/ legumes rather than from grains. Grains are high sugar.
