MPD needs your help in locating 68-year-old Denise Briggs. She walked away from her home on Scenic Dr in northeast Modesto around this morning. Denise may appear disoriented or confused, and has been located previously as far away as Dale Rd. Call 209-552-2470 if you see her.

Today, along with CHP - Merced, MPD attended the Merced County Hispanic Chamber of Commerce “Coffee Break” event at Advance Auto. Advance Auto donated $2,500, to be distributed to the citizens of Merced who receive "fix it" tickets for mechanical violations.
