All the best steakhouses in Philly are within the few blocks between Rittenhouse and Broad Street. Except, it turns out, one: The Prime Rib inside @LiveCasinoPHL. Great decor, great service, unbelievably good prime rib. I blew it by waiting a few years before trying it.
