10 years ago today I had my first (and only) interview for PT school my senior year of college.
I didn’t get in.
Social media highlights a lot of successes, but I wouldn’t be where I am now without this failure.

After 15 yrs at CSM, The Many Faces of Sports PT was NOT accepted. Planned was cont' record of great PTs and most diverse roster yet. Somehow we will find ways to provide spark all attendees got. These are the many faces of sports PT and you will hear about them somehow someway.
The good news about failure—it’s temporary.
The bad news about success—it’s temporary.
Don’t allow yourself to ride the highs and lows of outcomes. Consistency lies in the process not the result.
Damar Hamlin started a toy drive for local kids when he was at the University of Pittsburgh.
The initial goal was to raise $2,500.
But the link is still live, and more than $500,000 has been donated since his injury.

What can I control? And that's getting healthy, that's maximizing my work every day."
