OMG my TL looks normal again😅. In the spirit of my Twitter purge this is my PSA:
I'm 1 of many #blackwomenintech, all about teaching/learning #programming & a #gaming nerd. If any of that disinterests you plz "mute" or unfollow. No hard feelings. 🫶
If you're still here, HEY! 👋
Day 10 #365DaysOfCode Today I'm setting up a Raspberry Pi 3 A to run my Twitch chatbot. Also learning some bash / zsh scripting to automate the oauth token flow.

Day 8 of #365DaysOfCode - Working on Twitch and YouTube chatbot code deployed on @Render
YouTube integration is going to be more involved than I anticipated, but on the bright side I found a gap in the dev tooling space to work on😅

Technology shapes the way we talk, work and play — it’s also dominated by white male tech founders. Two Black Detroiters, Johnnie Turnage and @MetaDevGirl, joined #DetroitToday to discuss how they’re creating a more inclusive tech industry 💾

The tech field is pretty exclusive. Two Black Detroiters are trying to change that

Day 34 of #100DaysOfML is my 1st makeup day this round. Not beating myself up too much. I focused yesterday on my son’s 1st bday and skipped my hour. Today I’m still reading research while I’m away from my setup. Hope to get into the Falcon paper. #100DaysOfCode#100DaysOfMLCode
On a positive note, this week I wrote myself a data ingestion tool to start training my sentiment analysis mood bot and I feel like a real MLE because data wrangling is dominating my time over actual training and deployment lol!!!!

Tryna figure out what about my stream reads I’m a beginner programmer…
Bio: I’m a SWE/Instructor
Panels: I code, teach, run tech groups
Also panels: List many past SWE roles
Stream title: SWE to MLE
Even #100DaysOfCode wasn’t initially beginner as day-job coding doesn’t count.
It’s not even to call anybody out because I appreciate the support. It’s just that I’m only 32 days into this #100DaysOfML and it’s like a daily occurrence for someone to say “oh you’re learning how to code”. I’m not even covering a beginner topic.
Honestly, I know what it is about me that makes you immediately assume I’m not a full-blown Senior SWE, but I’m not even gone say it. Y’all need to stop doing that though. It reads all kinda things people get upset about you calling them.
