To the Uninitiated, today’s play probably makes no sense.
It’s called a straddle play.
The forecast is 88-90° as of right now for KLGA tomorrow.
So, in theory, both of these contracts should trend towards .50 as the temperature gets close to the strike tomorrow morning.
So, purchasing them now at .35 gives me an opportunity in both directions for profitability.
