As we dive into this season of gratitude, I want to share the three things that have truly shaped my journey-both personally and professionally. 1. 🧡Mentorship Moments🧡: I’m endlessly thankful for the mentors who’ve given me their time and wisdom. Each piece of advice has been a stepping stone, helping me find my voice and lead with confidence. 2.🧡The Power of Challenges 🧡: Believe it or not, those tricky projects and unexpected hurdles have been gifts in disguise. They’ve taught me resilience, creativity, and how to pivot with grace. 3.🧡Unwavering Family Support🧡: I have to give a huge shout-out to both my family at home- my husband, my mom, and my kids- and my incredible work family here. Even when I’m traveling for work and miles away, the encouragement and support from all of you is the foundation that keeps me grounded and strong. Wrapping up our Evansville MSS New Hire class! It’s been 5 weeks of hard work, collaboration, leading, learning but most importantly growing! This class has absolutely come out to knock it out of the park.
