Why scrap the 2 child benefit cap?
People shouldnβt have children they canβt afford and other people shouldnβt be expected to pay for your children
2 child cap is reasonable and stops parents using kids as cash cows

Surely it would be cheaper to train every dog in Scotland to collect litter than the current costs involved in @lornaslaterβs DRS.
(There are approx 680,000 dogs in Scotland)
What about having a Dogs Recycling Scheme instead?
