I don't make too many YOLO decisions, but having a full lap lane has always been a dream of mine and I'm not getting any younger, so here we go Gonna take a few days to fill this bad boy up Retirement will just have to wait a couple more years down the line

Basically every single human on this planet has a high-resolution video camera in their pocket at this point. If you cannot produce legitimate non-AI video evidence of this kind of outcome, it's almost certainly a fraudulent paper. I mean, who WOULDN'T be filming such an incredible result? I'm not saying it's impossible. I'm saying this specific paper doesn't pass the sniff test until real life evidence is shown.
This is biblical. A woman in her eighties. Ten years into Alzheimer's. Hadn't spoken a full sentence in five years. Takes one, 5 gram dose of psilocybin. She slept 19 hours and woke up and spoke for hours about her life, recognized family and held real conversations. She regained bladder control after five years, walked on her own. and dressed herself. Gains held for weeks.

Rumor has it that Lionel Messi’s hydration brand "Más " is shutting down. It'd been out for less than 2 years It was plagued by offputting taste and criticized as a PRIME rip off Take a look at the label and you'll see the problems. It tastes toxic because... it IS toxic.

Golfing outside of working hours is a negative-ROI activity for anyone with young children. Once your youngest is in the latter part of the single-digits, you can start rolling in full 18-hole rounds. But anything more than a quick 9 is too selfish for my liking
Don't golf.

If things ever go kinetic with cartels as the country continues to fade, this is the last place on earth you're going to want to be, unless you're looking for serious action. Most American veterans in one area against a ton of ruthless Latin American drug lords who want their land back Pure spice zone
Stop whatever you are doing and buy land here.

Enjoying this timeline shift, the last one was pretty lame
WTF timeline are we on. Someone called me the MAGA whisperer and I’ll gladly take the title. Left, right, D or R we all want the same things. We’re being divided on purpose by the Epstein Elite Oligarch class because as long as we’re at each other’s throats, they get fat and rich off of our misery. The second we figure out we agree on more than we disagree, they’re done. Love your neighbor. Be yourself. Radical honesty. No fucks given, no fucks taken. Everything else is just noise. (But still fuck Jake “Brick Tamland” Tapper on any time line)

A scientist was hired by a chemical company to study its weedkiller. He found it was castrating and feminizing frogs. So the company stopped studying the chemical and started studying him. This is the documented story of atrazine. 🧵

If you ever see me sleeping 9 hours (similar middle age and heritage as Paul), then something is SERIOUSLY wrong I don't think guys our age should be (or need to be) sleeping that much
Paul Saladino sleeps 9 hours straight. Perfect sleep score. He just shared his exact stack on a podcast — 7 sleep biohacks he runs every night. They all work for him. But here's why you can do all 7 and still wake at 3 AM: 1. Keep bedroom CO2 below 900 ppm.

Hosting Enhanced Games over Memorial Day Weekend was a very stupid decision. It can be seen as anti-patriotic for many, and most people have better things to do this weekend. I'd rather be in my own pool and mowing the lawn than watching an experiment. Should have done it on a winter weekend when nothing else was going on.

Men 250 years ago: “I’ve been drinking Madeira wine, ale, rum, and hard cider since I weened off my mother’s tit. Water? Never touched the poison. On the morrow, I shall overthrow the most powerful empire in the history of the world. Men today: “I drank a glass of wine and it ruined my life. I couldn’t even podcast. My bracelet told me I was dying.”
Steven Bartlett says a few glasses of wine ruined the next 3 days of his life “It's one of those areas where you don't understand the hidden cost until you really give it up for a while. I stopped drinking at 30 years old. I'm now 33. When I was 31, I thought, I'll have a drink again because now I could really A/B test it. I had a year of not drinking, decided to have a drink again” “It ruined three days of my life. I had a couple of glasses of wine, didn't get drunk. It ruined three days of my life because of the domino effect it caused” “I got worse sleep that night, and then because I got worse sleep that night, I ate more poorly the next day because my dopamine system or whatever, the cortisol system was all messed up. I podcasted worse. I didn't go to the gym that day or the day after because I felt really bad. I then slept worse, and I could track all of this on my Whoop”

Melanotan II (synthetic peptide analogue of alpha-MSH) can stimulate a "tan," increase libido and decrease appetite... It can also create fuel melanoma, atypical/dyplastic moles, kidney damage, priaprism (prolonged erection- sometimes requiring penile drainage), muscle breakdown, brain swelling, and vision loss. We have ZERO long term safety data with this one. NOT worth it in my opinion. Why not just get moderate sunlight (don't burn), eat single ingredient foods (easy weight loss), and do a few pull-ups? Must we always take the shortcuts (that are almost certainly harmful long term)?
Jono Pooler recently shared his 3-month Melanotan II before-and-after transformation. 📺: jono pooler/insta

The female embryo is the default state. We all have nipples for a reason. What turns it male is when it's acted upon by androgens in the womb. The male fetus is acted upon, it becomes. The female fetus is: it exists in the absence of action. Being vs becoming. Masculinization is a developmental street. Consider why there is no feminine equivalent for "emasculating". Feminization is the default state, it is where we all start. Female is the basin every body relaxes into when the build is not instructed otherwise. The passive state. The male is energetically expensive; he's biologically invested in to become something else. The creature that emerges is then calibrated, neurologically and physically, to act upon the world. Wired to navigate, compete, build, intrude. And because the construction was costly and conditional, the world that selected for it priced it accordingly. Male value is what it DOES, not what it IS. Action is the ledger because action is what built it. The below statement is not a universal male fantasy. The effeminate male wants out of this contract. He wants to be valuable the way a woman is valuable: for what he is, not what he does. This is the delusion of every Blank Slate complaint: the refusal to accept that your value was assigned in utero, and that the assignment was extrinsic. Men are what they do. Because women are born, men are made.
This tweet made a lot of guys mad because a universal male fantasy is the fantasy of being loved without having to compete, without having to perform competence.

Spencer Pratt is legit hilarious People compare his humor to Trump's, but it's not even close. This is because Pratt has actual love in his heart and mastered the craft of self-deprecation perfectly while still attacking his opponents. It's JUST the right amount to be funny, likeable, and you can sympathize with it. Few can do this without it becoming cringe. Trump is also quick-witted, but he's effectively just a big old Godless asshole boomer who will gladly give you blood clots and step on you to bury you in the mud if it helps him stay dry for two extra seconds. Pratt doesn't give those vibes. NYC vs LA but more
God, I love Spencer Pratt (@spencerpratt). “People tell me if Im going to run for mayor I need to dress a certain way. I had an incredible closet before it all burned to the ground...”. He is non-apologetic and earnest. Karen Bass is crapping.

American women would not crave nearly as much cheese and dairy fat if they could just get another source of glutamate. MSG in meat is the easiest way to accomplish this.
Calorie filled drinks are at least 50% of the reason the average US Female is 170 lbs at only 5’ 4” It’s a massive problem

When we moved October 2025, we did not bring a microwave. Totally clean separation, and we've completely normalized Toaster oven and air fryer are plenty. I'm sure they're still radiating us in some other way, but at least the food is crispy
Microwave free living 18 months ago, and will not go back. One you know better, you do better. Consider a microwave free life.

I think heavy use of nicotine pouches is going to end up being worse for brain health than even pack-a-day smoking, via acetylcholine receptor downregulation, and chronic vasoconstriction leading to endothelial dysfunction > reduction in white and gray matter.
