Why am I jogging long distances?
Because Iβm about to take my business to another level, and I need to train my mind and body for a different level of endurance, perseverance, and strength.
Today, I ran, jogged, and walked nonstop, no slow walks, just constant, serious movement, from Wimpey to Mile 1 Market.
The total journey took me 1 hour, 21 minutes.
Total distance covered was 4 miles.
I also took a detour and walked into the street where I was born, somewhere in Mile 2, just to remind myself of my humble beginnings.
Then I ate some protein and drank water at the market while waiting for it to open at 8am.
Today, I ran, jogged, and walked the longest distance I ever have since 2024 that I started this exercise of a thing.
Non stop, no stopping for a sec, no slow walks, constantly in serious motion from Wimpey through Ada George, to Location, to mgbuoba, to Rumuokwuta, and down to Wimpey.
Total distance took me 1 hour 16 minutes.
I probably must have covered this distance and more before cos Iβve ran back to back from the beginning to end of pepperoni flyover for 2 hours before, with stops and slow walks, but this is the longest distance in constant motion that Iβve covered.
