Fatma hopes to expand her skills in the fishing industry in her rural area of Rosso, Senegal. She moved from her village to a nearby city for education. When she came home, she didnât know where to look for work. Thanks to support from her Local Employment Information and Promotion Office (BIPEL), she gained information and guidance on employment, training, and work placement. She has now set up her own thriving business. Connecting existing national services to rural areas through offices like the BIPEL expands opportunities for all.
