ALT Case Study: Manta Ecuador. Fostering Stronger Communities: From Emergency Needs to Long-term Inclusion. To support migrants and aspiring entrepreneurs like Estrella, the provincial and municipal governments of Manabi and Manta are working along with other stakeholders towards long-term empowerment and systems change. Alongside supplying basic needs, the communities are aiming towards sustainable livelihoods and a thriving future for all across humanitarian, peace and development approaches. The M4SD Programme supports with technical assistance and training.
