There it is folks, by his own admission. He is dogmatic, to the cause or to
@TimBallard , same thing.
Admits it right in his own post and has several times now.
"Just asking questions"
To those who are curious as to why "just asking questions" is often mocked by professionals, intellectuals, honest people, and viewed as dogmatism, rather than intellectual conversation or actual problem solving, the quoted conversation is a perfect example.
"Just asking questions", is a pseudoskeptical tactic to present false or distorted claims by framing them as questions.
It is dogmatism disguised as skepticism. When busted for framing questions in a dishonest way, their defense always is, "I'm just asking questions."
To begin with, false accusations of sexual assaults are estimated to be somewhere between 2 and 4%.
A second, unaffiliated individual making a similar claim is virtually non-existent, but then add a third and fourth?
If he were an honest person, he'd just stay quiet, why be on the wrong side of history? Tim is a proven criminal, fraud, a liar and sexual abuser no matter how you slice it.
If Tim Ballard was any other man, he'd be in jail. He is the status quo. The power and corruption. One who had money and influence that benefits him. We've seen the corruption over and over again.
The defense raised by Ballard and his defenders is that "these women, fell in love" or "they were seeking money".
Both are admissions of wrongdoing and proof of a crime, by Ballard. The other is an admission of fraud.
Both are also false, misogynistic and have long been debunked, yet are constantly perpetuated in staged YouTube videos and TV shows.
The question and claim is perpetuating the age old myth that "women are too emotional". Despite the fact, that study after study, take any situation where a woman is drilled and a man is drilled, and the man becomes unstable and loses it every time. Women biologically handle situations emotionally better than man through evolution.
They had to, to survive and protect to protect her children. She did not have the ability, so she either had help emotionally calm the man or find another who could protect her within their clan and group.
I've seen this in leadership roles in criminal organizations to government leadership.
The same with "golddigger" misconceptions. Here you have men, leveraging their money because they lack the looks and game to get a trophy wife, then get mad when the money is gone and they are gone. You set that game up homie, she played by the rules you set up, and now the rules are not in you favor. So, you lose.
But Tim is suppose to be doing non-profit work? He's not supposed to be balling out of control. But he perpetuates that energy. It's what we use to call half-stepping or half-way crook. Tim wants to dabble in it, use it for clout, but doesn't want the consequences.
The same with "the women fell in love with me". If that's true, he abused his power and authority. Plain and simple and it is an admission of guilt. Had he be using the "couples ruse" as an undercover tactic to get criminals, then that would have never happened.
It is an established fact, the "couples ruse" has no tactical or strategic value in undercover operations. The more Ballard or his lawyers explain, the more and more irrational it seems. This is according to the experts. Experts who have successfully infiltrated criminal organizations and enterprises, bringing down major criminal player and operations.
In fact, people have been whacked, for allowing these people in.
As someone who knows criminal organization intimately since I was a child, my grandmother sold dope out of a housing projects for damn near 40 years, until the last two years of her life. Even then she was trying to get into some action. When I was young I was involved in a lot of things. One of the crews I had rolled with, all of them got 20 years in federal prison, most just now got out.
It wasn't some undercover guy with a fake blonde wig that strolled in, a guy flipped didn't want to get pinned on a couple murders. Tim Ballard has watched too much Miami Vice. You don't infiltrate criminal organizations in a weekend and take bosses down.
Who has he took down? Name one drug dealer or trafficker he's taken down?
If Tim Ballard was such a threat to criminal enterprises, his name would be there on the lista. Luz verde. Green light. His name isn't on a list for anyone I know.
No criminal is worried about Tim Ballard. Nobody has a green light on him. That's how I know if someone is important or not. If he had a green light on him, then I'd know he did something of value. These people don't care either bro. If the la eme, ALKN or The Brand, CJNG, Sinola, GDN, Folk Nation and etc.. had put it out there, he wouldn't have his ass on TV. He wouldn't be chilling on Eagle Mountain. He probably doesn't even know what any of these organizations are.
Why has he not criticized the pardon issued by Donald Trump for Larry Hoover? Hoover was put in ADX because he ran Folks Alliance from prison. Not just a gang, one of the largest gangs militant gangs in the nation, but the whole damn alliance? Of which many of the proceeds Hoover and his family get is from exploiting minors. Hoover is a demi-god.
This man put hits on my people. Growing up you might hear some kid say, "I swear to god". On the streets of Chicago, Midwest and South, you hear people to this day say, "I put that on Hoover".
Hoover had enough power to broker a peace treaty and he ordered his boys push harder, when everyone was on the table ready for peace. Lots of kids were killed in the street on these wars. Say what you want about Chicago now, but in the 90s it wasn't 400 and 500 homicides. It was 900 plus the whole decade.
1994, was a bad year for a lot of us, thanks to Hoover. He pressed his guys to the breaking the point and then got indicted in 1997. He wouldn't broker a peace treaty.
Why isn't
@TimBallard naming criminal bosses in Utah, Nevada, California? Mexico. What cartel boss oversees logistics in your state? Who is running dope houses? Who is trafficking women, strung out on drugs? Why is it that 14 year-old kids on the streets of SLC knows who collects the tx, but Ballard does not in his home state?
Why is the "dope game" so important? It is the catalyst for trafficking. Yet, Tim Ballard doesn't know that. Why?
His tagline (I have the videos and we've played them) was, "we specialize in rescuing kidnapped children" who are trafficked. But no such thing exists, or if it does, it is one or two off cases here and there.
You know why? He's a fraud and doesn't have to account for it. If he focused on actual trafficking and actually cared, he start by focusing on the dope trade.
But he doesn't do that. Why? Because he's a coward. They will bang his ass. That's why he has to deal in fantasy trafficking. That's why all these dudes that turned state's evidence, federal witnesses and informants, undercovers cops, wear disguises are in hiding.
They will kill these people. Yet, Tim Ballard is holding press conferences and if you pay enough money, he will come to your town, church or house to give a speech? Say what?
This man shouldn't be able to set foot in SLC, LV or LA. Huh?
To focus on actual trafficking, who is your typical trafficking victim when it comes to "confidential informants" and organized crime? The perpetrators are usually the boyfriends, husbands, fathers, mothers, of these victims, who sell them for sex to obtain money for drugs.
That's the problem with the True Crime community, down to these Anti-Human Trafficking organizations, and all this BS. It is all fraudulent. You have all these squares, white women in suburbia running true crime shows or starting these ant-trafficking organizations that wouldn't be caught dead in Naked City or Westside (Wild West) or O Block in Chicago. Why isn't he getting those little girls off the street in the Wild 100s?
Tim Ballard isn't out doing a damn thing, but pretending these women are in dangerous situations to coerce them to have sex with him. Or if he wants to, just rape women sight on scene when he is in his "Brian Black persona"
You believe that shit. Anyone who has lived just half a criminal life know he's fraudulent. As are all these podcasters out here speaking on things they never personally witnessed from the comfort of their home studio.
My grandmother has been dead 22 years, I could still walk into the Terrace unscathed and have. Instead he rolls into some bust down favela, people living on a couple thousand dollars a year, with families. He shows up with a bunch of rich white men, pulling out thousands of dollars talking about "bring us a little girl".
That's exploitation and it is disgusting. No better than you rolling up to the Terrace with a crack rock and talking about sexual favors.
Hate to break it to you, but yes, there are people so poor, and have mouths to feed, they will contemplate their children starving or having a better life if their 15 year-old daughter does some perverted junk.
It's called survival. A situation you know nothing about. The poorest Americans know nothing about it.
Why is Tim doing this in black and brown countries? Why not roll up to Owsley County, Kentucky? Roll up with a bag of meth a get him a 13 or 14 year-old hillbilly girl? Cause he would be committing a crime himself.
When it comes to crime and sex trafficking, this is just entertainment for people. They listen to high profile crimes and serial killers, but they're not trying to hear about those 14, 15 and 16 year-old girls strung out on smack, so someone can turn a profit.
Why? Too disgusting or not interesting enough?
Why isn't Tim Ballard doing anything about it? Tens-of-millions of dollars. Nothing to show for it. Not a damn thing.
No major criminals. He's not been green lit (yes, I would have hear it). so what is he doing?
More importantly, why hasn't he spoke out about Utah Senate President Stuart Adams and his cronies, doing his family a solid, and made it legal for 18 year olds in high school only, okay to sleep and abuse 13 year-old children.
Again, Tim Ballard has not spoke on it. He is aware of it. Been told personally and mentioned in social media.
Does it go against his politics, his religion.
Answers please. No more asking questions. Time for Tim Ballard's accountability phase. It starts with Utahns, the people the gave him money and law enforcement. Had he not been a rich, powerful elite member of Utah, he'd be in jail.
We need answers please.
