The player I’ve heard the most praise for this spring? Riq Woolen.
Might be some novelty bias because it’s their first time seeing him, but he’s showing up in this session, too. Remained tight in coverage vs. DeVonta Smith.
Reminds me of the way Zack Baun, Isaiah Rodgers were received two years ago. They could tell right away.

Edge Derick Hall and the Seahawks reached agreement today on a three-year, $42 million extension that could be worth up to $46.5 million and includes $21 million guaranteed, per his agents Chad Berger and Ezra J Thompson. Hall is now under contract to Seattle the 2029 season.
Hall had two sacks and a forced fumble during the Seahawks' Super Bowl LX win over the Patriots.

This is a good hire for the Vikings. Nolan knows ball, has an eye for talent and philosophy for building a team is right.
For those same reasons, this is a notable loss for the Seahawks. But John Schneider wants his guys who grind with him to be in position to get these jobs.
