Epenesa, 27, is a former second-round pick who played six seasons with the Bills. He has 19 career starts and played 91 games. He agreed to a deal with Cleveland earlier this offseason, but the deal fell through. He gives the Eagles some size at the position to compete in camp. He's strong against the run, has had three seasons of 6 sacks.
The Eagles also signed veteran DE A.J. Epenesa

Jalen Hurts on the ESPN story: "I've never asked for the opportunity to respond to anything. Just let it live and go do my job." On the idea that he's been resistant to changes on offense: "I'm always open to growth. I'm always open to improvement. A lot of it is, where do we put our time on task? A lot of it is, what are we exhausting? What are we repping?"

Jalen Hurts on if there's a disappointment about how Brown's tenure ended: "You come into it, and you have a sense of pride on how it began and definitely what we were accomplish. And the same I said last time, nothing can take that away. For the great things we did, now it's time to focus on achieving great things with this new iteration of the team."
