Quick update because many people have asked—no, I’m not on Ozempic 😂
I went from 209 to the 174–175 range this year through discipline, fasting, training, and lifestyle changes.
I started with the Daniel Fast for 21 days, avoiding processed food, bread, alcohol, and dairy, and dropped about 10–15 pounds. I then carried that same discipline through Lent leading into Easter.
Now I’m doing 16:8 intermittent fasting, eating high-protein meals with plenty of steak, chicken, fish, and rice, along with training, walking, and mostly avoiding processed foods.
Honestly, the biggest transformation wasn’t physical. It was spiritual and mental.
