In our last in person appearance at ONCA, we filed documents that had the SAME hard copy page number as the PDF page number. Some judges use paper copies and others use the PDF version, so it made it faster and simpler to just have to refer to ONE page number. You're welcome!

#LawTwitter I've got 2 tips for appearances in ONCA: 1. The Judges want you to refer to PDF page numbers and 2. As noted on the ONCA website - Judges of the Court of Appeal for Ontario are addressed as “Justice” followed by their last name, not as “Your Honour”. Live & Learn
