When I talk to newer teachers about the power of relationships, I tell them the power is more kinetic than potential.
Relationships are not passive promises of potential that we work on sometimes.

Teachers, if you are having a tough time with behavior management this year you are not alone. Students are a bit out of practice with self-management and self-direction. It takes time to readjust to a new normal. Be patient with your students and be patient with yourself.

As a teacher, I would love to spend time tweeting about teaching.
