Went to my local Hustings @DunfermlineHS this evening. An important reminder that democracy is, at its core, about representing constituents and their priorities. Shoutout to @MissFellMods for her hard work organising it!

Today we had a visit from @S_A_Somerville . She spoke to our senior Modern Studies classes about her role in Government and being a constituency MSP. It was incredibly informative and useful for our Higher and N5 pupils.@DunfermlineHS

So glad I made it back in time from Vietnam for the most epic retirement speech 👏🏼 huge happy retirement to my Mum. Such an incredible career and a huge part of my decision to become a teacher. The baton is being passed on & if I am half the teacher she is, I’ll be very happy ❤️

Today we said farewell to a DGS lifetime STAR- Elaine Fell. Mrs Fell has been an inspirational Modern Studies Teacher who has been loved by her students and colleagues alike. She will be hugely missed at @dunbar_grammar #RISE
