Sevilla won 3 consecutive Europa Leagues by the way. They also appeared in 5 out of the 11 finals before the format changed.

I know the Forest/Villa aspect is very fun and cool but UEFA have really torched the Europa League’s competitive balance by no longer having Champions League teams drop down. Hard to see how it doesn’t end up with several PL teams in semi finals every year.
