🍳Eat breakfast daily 2nd breakfast at school (apple almonds).
🥪School lunch is NOT adequate to fuel your entire day!
🍌Pack fruit, applesauce packets, pretzels, 100% fruit bar, Greek yogurt cup, trail mix, protein bars.
⏰Grab some carbs protein before and after workouts.
🚨Do not leave home without your snacks or WATER bottle!!
