▪️Office bearers
▪️Expenditure and assets
▪️Tax compliance and related records
Similar action must be taken in Kerala as well. The organization should be asked to furnish all relevant registration documents, financial records, and legal permissions required to operate within the state.
If it fails to comply, strict action must be initiated, including considering a ban on the organization within Kerala.

My letter will reach you shortly. However, I thought it was important to draw your attention to this matter early.

Firstly, congratulations to the RSS on completing 100 years.
An organisation that claims over 60,000 shakhas and crores of swayamsevaks must also uphold transparency and constitutional accountability.
As per RSS’ highest and most important decision making body Akhil Bharatiya Pratinidhi Sabha’s 2025–26 Karnataka report, the RSS has 4,127 daily shakhas, 1,389 weekly milans, 60 monthly mandalis, 2,194 Samajotsavas with 19.61 lakh participants and held 562 route marches with 2.21 lakh uniformed participants in the state.
With such scale and influence, the RSS must clarify its legal status, registration, office bearers, funding, expenditure, taxation and permissions for public activities.
If citizens, labour, NGOs, trusts, temples and companies are expected to register, disclose and comply with the law, why should the RSS remain exempt?
In its centenary year, the RSS must responsibly abide by the Constitution and register, disclose, pay applicable taxes and function transparently within the Constitution.
As suggested in my letter, I am looking forward to hearing from @RSSorg soon.

We view with utmost seriousness the participation of three Vice-Chancellors in an #RSS centenary event addressed by Sarsanghchalak #MohanBhagwat. This is a grave lapse. Their action is unbecoming of Keralam’s educational tradition and the dignity of their office.
The people of Keralam hold the post of vice-chancellor in high esteem. By attending a programme led by an RSS leader who preaches extreme communalism, they have undermined that respect. Any act that promotes communalism, whoever commits it, is unacceptable and will not be condoned.
All three vice-chancellors who attended the RSS programme must apologise to the people of Keralam.

सूत्रों के मुताबिक, कौशलपुरी में मानस डेंटल हॉस्पिटल के पास एक घर है। यह घर पहले भोजपुरी गायक का था। उसे अनुकल्प मिश्रा के परिवार ने 64 से 65 लाख रुपए में खरीदा था। इसके बाद परिवार वहीं रहने लगा।
वहीं, अनुकल्प के पैतृक गांव में उसके मकान से लगभग 300 मीटर की दूरी पर एक फार्म हाउस भी बनाया गया है। इसी जगह पर 23 से 30 अप्रैल, 2026 तक श्रीमद्भागवत कथा हुई थी।
अनुकल्प ने भागवत कथा और शादी में अपने वैभव का प्रदर्शन कर साड़ियां बांटीं। उसके पिता रविंद्र मिश्रा प्रॉपर्टी डीलर हैं। अनुकल्प परिवार के साथ अयोध्या के कौशलपुरी में रहता है।
