Antonio Chaurand's El Sexenio de la Seguridad is a commissioned piece for the #DrugPolicyMuseum in Mexico City. Featured from May 4-6, it reflects on the moment former President Felipe Calderón launched Mexico’s war on drugs by sending 6,500 troops into Michoacán.
Mayela Benavides fought for her daughter's right to use prohibited cannabidiol (CBD) oil as treatment for severe epilepsy. In 2015, Grace became one of the first patients to receive CBD in Mexico. 🇲🇽
