We are determined to support as many young people to get active and enjoy football. But seems like Deptford is forgotten regarding good facilities for young people. As a community we want to come and fill the holes in Deptford Park football pitch.

Remember when I said @LewishamCouncil wanted the land that the Dumps APG sits on for Watergate school.. it’s just been approved! Dumps to be demolished & “rebuild it” what, like riverside 🙄 where will you rebuild it @chris_barnham how long will it be closed for @LewishamCouncil

This is what @LewishamCouncil are doing to the APGs. Make them less accessible by reducing hours, no swings out, no parents or under 8s allowed... all ready for Watergate to build their new building & road on the dumps APG land! @damienegan @chris_barnham still no response

Children of immigrants who despise other immigrants probably shouldn’t be in charge of immigration policy. They often seem to be dealing with personal issues that shouldn’t be anywhere near the political space. People who protected & defended their parents might do a better job.

This government's bankers' budget is a gift for the few and a slap in the face for the many.
Truss, Kwarteng & Co. are doubling down on tax cuts for the rich, handouts for bankers, dirty fossil fuels and attacks on workers.
We need a massive change, not more of the same.
