Monkseaton CC are setting up a womens softball team to play in a local league and attend festivals.
We are looking for anyone intetested in taking part. There will be a taster session for those interested.

A winning weekend for both our sides today as the 1s triumph at Lintz and the 2s beat Whitley Bay in a local derby. Thanks to both sets of opponents and well done to our lads. #HeyHeyWe'reTheMonkys

Back to @NTCLCricket action on Saturday. The 1st XI travel to Riding Mill hoping for an improved performance after two defeats while the 2nd XI will look to build on last weekend's win at Kirkley as they host Corbridge. Good luck all...

A disappointing weekend for both our teams who were defeated by Civil Service and Ryton respectively. Congratulations to both our opponents. Our sides will hope for improved performances next Saturday.

Well, that was an uneventful start to the season. The 1s beat Cowgate by two wickets from the penultimate of the game. But agony for the 2s who go down by one run in a last-ball defeat at Blue Flames/Matfen.

We would like to confirm that, for the avoidance of doubt, the MCC in Australia is Marylebone, and not Monkseaton 🏏 Club.
