Jesus Christ of Nazareth.
The Outsider(s).
I am going to tell everyone a story, it’s a short story but it is also the longest story that there ever was.
There is a faraway place, yet it is right under your nose, a society living in a hole in the ground, this hole was all they had ever known, it was their world.
They live their lives in that hole, they live by the rules created to keep themselves safe and in order, and one of these rules was that Nobody can leave the hole.
Like this world, there is a day and night, each passing of time the sun/moon cross over the hole the in the ground.
No one has ever left the hole, it is all they have ever known, to even think about leaving would be insane.
There are groups within that society that believe when you die you rise up out of the hole, others believe one day a man will descend from the top and lift them all out of it.
One day everything changed, a boy was born, one who’s mind was not of this world one that allowed him to see through the system clearly, one who knew what was outside of the hole..
an outsider.
This boy grew up sharing his views to help others also see, he explained that there WAS a way out, one that has always been there but was hidden to the eyes of the blind, it was right in front of everyone, so close they had been walking over it this entire time.
Different groups began to hate this man saying he spoke blasphemy, they slandered his name, tried to turn others against him because they did not understand him, they feared his mind.
They told the people that the only one who could save everyone was one man and this outsider certainly was not him for they “knew” for many years based on teachings and books from long ago who the “one” should be.
The outsider tried to explain to them that ALL were capable of finding their way out, that it was not impossible.
There is a pathway out and there is room for all.
Some people began to believe this man, they began to see clearly too, they began to awaken.
They began to see how the system was not in their favor, that it was created to keep everyone inside the hole, and that these religious groups did not free anyone but rather kept the exit just out of reach, by saying things like “after death” or “there is only one man who can save us”
It was the blind leading the blind and the one who was born to see was attacked for it.
The more truth spread like wildfire, this wasn’t just simply “information” or knowledge it was an inner shift, a shift in consciousness within those who took the leap of faith and trusted the boy who could see.
They began to see it in their own lives, see through the games of others, see the patterns and cycles of this world.
They began to see the pathway out.
